Shipping Costs and Taxes

Free shipping for orders that are over $20.

$2.50 shipping charge for orders that are under $20.

We are based in Texas so we do charge TX Sales tax for Texas residents only.  Orders from everywhere else don't get charged tax.

No exchanges or refunds on jewelry

So make sure you choose the right style and size when you order.   We are not responsible for replacement of jewelry damaged by misuse, improper care, or for jewelry ordered in the wrong size, style or material for your piercing.  

Why will you not accept returns of jewelry?  We try to keep our prices down and we don't ever want to risk selling returned jewelry that might have been worn.  So if we took returns we would throw the jewelry away and we would then start increasing the price of our plugs to compensate.  

What if my jewelry is defective, damaged, or not the gauge it was sold as?

If there is a problem or flaw with our merchandise that is our mistake we will of course work to resolve the problem.

Are plugs and tunnels sold in pairs or individually?     Our plugs and tunnels are sold in pairs, so the price you see listed is for two plugs or tunnels.  The only exception are some taper packages that may include more than one pair of tapers.

What types of payments do you accept?  We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex, and Paypal.   All payments are in US dollars.

Do I receive an email confirmation?  Yes if you have successfully placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email.  This email will include you order information and an order number.  Check your spam folder if you haven't received the confirmation email.

Can I track my order?  YES because all orders get a USPS tracking code that is made available to customers after the order is dropped off at the post office.  The tracking number is then emailed to the customer.  The tracking number can be used to see when the item should be arriving.

How long does it take to receive an order?  Delivery time will vary depending on your chosen shipping time and locality.  We ship using USPS standard shipping.  This usually takes between 5-10 days(that excludes weekends).

Where do you ship to?  We ship anywhere domestically USPS states is a valid address in the United States includes Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.  We don't ship internationally, sorry.

Can I change my address once an item is shipped?  No, once an order has been shipped, it cannot be changed.  Please make sure you're shipping info is correct at the time of the checkout.  If you realize you made a mistake right after you place the order then contact us with the info needed to correct and change order.  This includes changing style, size, address, etc.  Do this immediately and if we haven't shipped your order we may be able to fix problem.  Most of time, orders mail out the same day or next day.

What if I think my order is lost?  What do I do?  Use the tracking number at USPS.COM to track your item.  Since the USPS ships a billion packages a year, sometime the status may not be updated but the package will still show up.  Unfortunately, packages can occasionally be lost via USPS, but it is rare.  If this happens and your package does get lost, please contact us to see what your options are.
